The Preview tab is the right half of the editor. Your game renders here live at all times — fully playable, always visible alongside the chat. Every time the AI finishes generating or updating your game, the preview refreshes automatically. No reloading, no navigating away. Playing your game The preview is fully interactive. You can play your game directly in the editor the moment it’s generated — tap, swipe, click, and test everything as a real user would. If something feels off while playing, just type your change in the chat right then and there. You don’t need to stop playing to iterate. Phone and Tablet views At the top of the right panel, you can toggle between Phone and Tablet view. This lets you see exactly how your game looks and behaves across different screen sizes. Since Pixelfork is mobile-first by default, the phone frame is the primary view — but switching to tablet is useful if you’re building for larger screens or want to check how your layout scales. What you see in the preview Everything rendered in the preview is your real game — not a simulation, not a mockup. In-game UI elements like buttons, score counters, health bars, wave indicators, and menus all appear and function exactly as they will on a real device. If your game has a Battle button or a Refresh button, those are live and tappable right in the preview. Real-time updates When the AI processes a prompt, the preview updates the moment generation is complete. The transition is seamless — the new version of your game simply appears, ready to play again from where the changes were made.
